Michael,
I talk to Helen last night, for the first time she didn't
sound very upbeat. IMO.

Darryl,

Well Mike Frank believes in the ongoing implementation of a international ITSP network and He has done very much the same before.
Quest or IDTC did not start up like FTEN/FNET but it started and look where they are.We have our own patented dvgs and Ftel by itself owns ~
60% of FNET.To put the ITSP together with earnest monies and start a new real start up today by yourself without merging is very costly. We
will do it cheaply considered. This is a longer play but will grow as the industry grows.Besides we will be cheaper and probably garner at a lower cost more market share then any major can at this point.WCOM will benifit this venture to a very great extent.we have access routes through WCOM's backbone anywhere we put a dvg.I call that INSTANT
network if you ask me.The street will jump when this IPO and the NETWORK comes operational. As for news ,yes it is slow and somewhat depressed, but I do believe that the lack of press is intentional and needed for a reason. It is not a healthy to get ones stock up for any reason before an ipo that makes bad friends among big holders. This may pass very soon.Just the revenues this qtr will be enough to see a different investment trend.VC's are not into holding stock. When the time comes they sell.Others will buy and FNET will not need many placements to get the job done.If the float is small then we could be in for a real high ride.
