just the web sites for edgar filings, the company's website, and i talk to management often.
your correct it is a relativly inexpensive product. hmsc makes the product for @ $1.80, has a contract to sell to pssi (their distrubuter) at @ $15, pssi sells to the doctors at $25, and the doctors sell to the patient at $40-50.
also jack rifkin (top management at the travellers-smith barney co) is on the board of directors.
they have ample cash reserves aprox. $6 mill. and only about 7 mill shs outstanding and 4 million in the float. additionally, almost 500,000 shs are short. (if the product takes off these guys are going to get squeezed hard) the stock moves in both directions on very low volume.
HMSC recently hired jill eikenberry of the t.v. show L.A. Law to be a spokewoman and she has appeared on Good Morning America and other t.v. shows with the product.

also, travellers group owns about 23% of the stock and oppenheimer funds owns about 10%.

about 600,000 shs of 144a private placement stock has been filed to sell, however only one individual has sold and it looks like he only sells above $10. not a big deal since these people have owned the stock for years and are simply taking some cash off the table.

If the product is selling, at this level ( $5 ) the stock is a great buying oppurtunity. earnings are out on april 30.
thanks for your time.
