BRIAN: Unfortunately for AGT you do not seem to be able to penetrate tgs's self proclaimed God like credentials to the point that he will be shown to have shot himself DOWN and unfortunately in so doing will have hurt GMTC, GMTC stockholders and possible others TO; tgs59---I'm counting on you reading this so you can't say I sand bagged you. Please avail your self of the following documents so we can repeat an analysis as you so graciously did for AGT documents-------- SEC FORM S-1(4th amendment)---Filed 11/24/98 SEC FORM 10K-K/A ---Filed 3/2/98 SEC FORM 8K (latest 2 or 3) I'll address other documents that might help clear things up one way or the other very shortly ( Ihope--if I can get some Help).
