Tom, Bob, Benny, All,

I feel very lucky to have been able to get into my earliest basis in the very low teens. Yes I am kicking myself that I had ample oppritunity at nine and a hook, but let's not get too greedy when things are going well. By the same token, I feel very lucky to still be getting in at today's prices. You know why? Because I still feel like there is still so much value in CKFR. I think I will look down one day and laugh at how low this price was.

I choose to believe in Pete's comments that over the next three years the amount of the American population who pay bills online will go from 2% today up to 12%. Whatever the number is, it will be alot. Not to mention the businesses to also move into this medium.

I covet all my shares, the ones I bouhgt today just as much as the lowest basis ones. To get me to let go of even one would be like selling my very own children.

We are all still very lucky to be buying this stock at these levels because in the years to come, I will look back and say:

" Allen, that was a darn smart move you made by getting in
at the begining of a revolutionary move in a company. It
is only so often that one is exposed to such oppritunities
and you were able to identify and act with precision. You
were also able to not get caught up in the near term
volatility but yet, you were able to PATIENTLY WAIT for
the LONG TERM EXIT with incredible vigilence."

I hope I was not too deep for you'all. Viva CKFR.

ALLEN

I wonder if the upgrade reflected in:

quote.yahoo.com
&
biz.yahoo.com

is BT Alex Brown or if someone else quietly upgraded. The
upgrade appears to be from moderate buy to strong buy.
