What's the protocol in making copies of commercial
articles on the web? Are these copywritten?

Please don't think that I am pxxping for MSFT, but the
Slate subscription is $ 20, the writing is first class
and they give you an umbrella that would cost at least
$ 20 at the mall.

It's a decent argument, but his basic claim is that there's nothing wrong with integrating IE 4.0 with Windows. The only problem with that is that the DOJ is not saying anything about Windows 98-- they are saying, rather that IE 4.0 was *not* integrated with Windows 95, but marketed as a separate product that was tied to Windows 95.

So his economics is, as usual, great, but he misunderstood the legal argument.
