I observe the areas of past accumulation and distribution (together with other parameters such as B Bands RS etc.), these usually (about 60% of the time,) serve as resistances and support levels. The break under the 24/25 (which was a distribution area prior to the break to 30) now becomes an "overhead supply", and the low 19' from which we bounced three times in the last few month an area of support. Your buying zone (20 to 21) is probably pretty good, since it is quite difficult to get the actual sub 20's, it stays there too little and it may not even get there this time (too many people doing what you expect to do <VBG>).
