igor,

You and gmweber are both right. Currently there are about 73M shares outstanding.

There were 146M out before the 1 for 3 consolidation which means there were about 49M shares after the consolidation.

Subsequently there were 21.7M shares issued at C$1.15, and a further 2.17M shares were issued to the holders of the subscription receipts.

Hence the 73M shares O/S + warrants.
