I don't believe so, but this is only an opinion. I truly believe the results ready for release last month, assuming there were some ready, would not have met expectations and therefore would have been interpreted as negative. I think management decided to take extra time to meet minimal market expectations at the very least and ensure the geological methodology would withstand the scrutiny of the experts that are monitoring this thread and elicit positive commentary. While the delay disappointed the market and cast some doubt on the reliability of management, it maintained the integrity of the potential reserve on the property. A below expectation release with no proven reserves would have cast considerable doubt on their 100+M oz claim. I think next week's release will be seen as neutral at the very worst and, more likely, positive by the market. If there's a halt prior to the announcement, all hell could break loose on the upside, but that's the best scenario. It'll probably be somewhere inbetween.

The price of Gold should have little to do with this stock now
unless in goes down so much as to not make mining it there
worth it.Although this may change if they show huge reserves.
