I avoid Internet Explorer like the pelage to, one thing that brings me great pleasure is when friends get new machines and I get the opperintunity to kill it !
I'm not sure about this- but if you had a list of the dll.s that are required and had someone who use IE maybe they could be put into your system folder ? Might work !

Tim

Yes, Microsoft put the dll's in the new explorer which has made things difficult. We did a number of fixes and tuning on the servers which is why most users are seeing better results. Some people are fine on L2, but we are seeing the problems you are reporting too. We have been testing some fixes on L2 but we are not happy with it yet. Probably next week we'll have a maintenance release that addresses these problems. So please email any problem now so we can look into them before we make the final cut on this.

Rene, can you also either forward me directly the emails you have been sending and / or provide me in a private message your email address as we log every email and reply and we haven't been able to find these.

Also, as Tim posted, we log each connection to the servers and can follow a user thru the day. CS has this tool so they can look at the connection in real time.

Thanks,
Chuck T.
