Thxs for the article as it clears up some of the behind the scenes protocol that the individual investor never has given to them or has privy to.
Also I'm hoping that RMIL will never have to be in this category as the stock mentioned in the article. No where does it mention in the article that shoppers.com was heavily illegally shorted, and I am counting on that this will make a big difference.
