I think you are correct being short, atleast right now, as their is a story out at PC Week today siting several states trying to block the release of W98. Short term, this could cause the stock to go down, but if a agreement is reached, time to go long again. Jim - Dallas Sure I know about that story. Mostly these stories don't make any difference until the court hearings actually happen. Then if things aren't going MSFTs way the stock dives. This is what happened last December. I'm also starting to look at DELL as a short target. David
