Vargas,
You have just stated the plan. Jacobs has this in mind for the company. Get a property under their belt, and then they can go after some much larger ones. The optioned properties would be ideal. Remember, this is where Jacobs is at his best, and he has brought his geologist with him from Talisman, where they did an outstanding job with the OK Block. The first property is the hardest to land, then they become a lot easier as you grow.

Pete

Vargas:

The stock price will probably be in the .20 range before the Reverse Split... That gives us a 2.00 stock with 1/10th the number of shares... An oil strike could mean a 20.00 to 30.00 stock given the relatively small number of shares outstanding...

I seem to remember Dan Dorfman saying the reserves were worth about 20.00 per share... A reverse split makes them worth 200.00 per share...
