And I will repeat my very first response to hilm on AOL that I think from he own statements he shows such disrespect for MUSE and poor education about the use, appropriate dose (ie no one starts at lowest level any more) etc that of course it is doomed to failure in his patient population. The published P-N paper in the NEJM showed 65% success for MUSE with largely mod to severe ED patients. If a doc is not seeing this success in general ED pts we have to ask what is the doc doing as much as what is the medication doing?
