I take it that Arcon is going to sell it's oil fields in Michigan. I know they are small potatoes compared to the natural gas in the Bob West field. If selling these assets makes their customers happier/more comfortable and results in more contracts for DF-144 it is good business. Plus the risks for marginal production (in Arcon's opinion) were too great in the Bob West.

I guess Arcon needs a natural gas supplier (kinda was hoping that they could use the Bob West field, to get it real cheap), which could be good for business (especicially if that supplier is also involved in gasoline production).
