Thanks for your post.

No doubt about it, for some time, fonix has been/probably still is a trading stock.

At some point the 1+M short are going to be hurting. All IMHO.

You will believe anything Mark. I can understand a loan, but an outright gift of large amounts of cash? How often does this happen in developing companies with integrity.

Usually start-up companies that have management who believe in their potential see management put money in or take very low salaries until they see substantial revenue growth and begin profits, not take money out with a huge suction cup!

How much money have the 3 masketeers put in??? How much have they taken out over the history of the company, most noticeably in the last 2 years? Has this constant flow of money into their hip pockets hurt shareholder value?

YOU BET IT HAS HURT SHAREHOLDER VALUE!!!!!

Has it instilled confidence in the shareholder that the future is bright and potential is strong for its technology? NO, IT SCARES THE BEGEEBERS OUT OF THEM BECAUSE MANAGEMENT IS RIKSING NOTHING AND TAKING ALL THEY CAN WHILE IT IS THERE TO TAKE!!!!

I was told as a child money does not grow on trees, you have to earn it.. Apparently, the 3 amigos learned a different lesson in Salt Lake City---how to plant a money tree: get a publicly traded company, get over 50% control of stock(hmm, and just how did they get this control, by granting themselves shares or by paying for them as in exercising warrants, etc.??? hmmm) and pluck its branches regularly.
