I believe that according to regulations the placement must be filled according to the way it was proposed or be cancelled. The company also did not rule out another placement in the coming weeks. If they sign one of the properties, a placement would be a lot easier to fill. I also understand they are buying in the market. But, they want to use the bulk of the money to directly benefit Tracer through a placement, where the company would receive the funds. I also do not see a lot of support for Mr. Viggers. Perhaps he will get this message???? Pete
