Maybe Ole'49er can answer this better than I but don't most of these goldmining companies mine some silver as well?
In the XAU I know that Hecla (HL) is the primary silver play but others like TVX mine silver as well.

Enigma, my personal feeling now is that the POG is being "held" down artificially. I may be entirely wrong, but it is a "feeling". I enjoy this forum immensely, and have to catch up quite a bit on the technical aspects of all these kind of analyses.
