Charles, Norm and all: How much and how long would it take to move operations out of SC and to TX. I for one might contribute to such a fund . Those contributing could be given a share of processor. It is just sitting there as a reminder of bad times. It seems as if the DHEC is like the "Scarlet Pimpernel" now you see it now you don't.

Regards, Eli

ABU DHABI (April 25, 1998 12:25 p.m. EDT
nando.net) - In another attempt to lift prices from
their lowest level in nine years, powerful oil states in
the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries
may cut supplies to the industrialized world, OPEC
officials said Saturday.

OPEC President and UAE Petroleum and Minerals
Resources Minister Obeid bin Saif al-Nasseri said
that the 11-member cartel would be willing to curb
exports when ministers meet in June if other global
producers were cooperative.
