Hey Guys/Gals,

I was really surprised to not hear any of the Short players talking during the big drop last week .... Did anybody have TDFX short during the bloodbath??? I was one of those nervous nellies ... sold before earnings ... bought back in at 33 1/4 ... ouch :)

Troy.

Is TDFX going to issue more shares (another 3.5 million)? I am referring to the lockup stuff. Does this add to the number of
shares used to make earnings calculations? Or is selling shares
already counted in the current 17.5 million (only 15 million used
in last earnings announcement).

I would think week of May 1 should be something. Annual meeting
starts the month followed by their big show. Maybe Banshee???

I am dying to get back in. I just want to know exectly how many ...
shares there are!!!

This is my take on whats going on. Obviously everyone knows about the 3.5MM shares brought back into the market which has caused the price to decline. The MM are re-issuing this stock as fast as they can sell it but need to draw customers in by lowering the price. If you all notice on Thursday late afternoon about 10 minute before the bell large blocks were purchased to move the stock from 24 1/4 to 25 7/8. On Friday morning their were aver 75,000 shares sold at 26 to 26 1/8. Folks, from that point the stock started to decline back down throughout the whole day. Again, on Friday afternoon the stock went from 24 3/4 to 26 3/8 10 minutes before the bell. If past history is to repeat itself then these large blocks will be sold off again monday to bring the stock down again. The positive side is that each day the stock stay above its new low and is gradually increasing. Once the MM are out of the stock they are carrying we should start seeing strong impact on the upside. Until that happens the day traders will spike the price and the end of the day only to sell the following morning and wait to buy the next day late afternoon again.

Just my .02
