Charles, I think we need to discuss the positive implications of FNET spin-off.
There is a lot of talk about the mergers of Internet related businesses as large companies fight for market share.

It would seem to me that FNET would be of no use to these companies.

FTEL, however, having spun off FNET they now becomes a prime candidate for a buy-out because of the needs of large companies for successful voice over and hardware that is reliable and completely software upgradeable.

As Raleigh mentioned, a lot of investors may be wetting their pants when the announcement comes and they have sold off their FTEL shares.
