Thanks Tonto,

It is clear that without financials
they could not have made any deal..
unless someone made a bundle on a group
of savvy investors..?

Maybe both CEOs should be taken at
their word and one should assume
that they are both telling the truth?

The logical conclusion is compelling:
financials are not so important..if the
two CEOs decided to merge on the merits
of their intuitions why should we be
concerned..
