Hank, he may be good at picking losers but his personna & methods will ALWAYS reduce his ultimate effectiveness - if not get him sued. I believe he, and his guru Asensio, have really made a mistake here. If they had stuck to FACTS and simply gone after the company for any of the reasons you and I (& many others) have batted around, it would not have bothered me at all. But their demands that they create as much fear and worry as possible so they always choose the "low" road - promote lies and slander the management. You know there are lots short pickers - how many have the nasty approach of these two - everything is a fraud, a scam, a pump and dump. Ultimately, Vasomax may not get approved, Zonagen may go in the tank - and it may someday be shown to be the fault of mismanagement - but these guys are not dishonest. Zonagen has not hyped the stock - they have issued press releases at totally appropriate times. If he is a good source of leads for you and you're not offended by his personal style then so be it for you. The simple, undeniable fact that he will knowingly repeat false statements in an effort to improve a position he has taken on a security makes him thoroughly reprehensible. I don't conduct my affairs in that matter nor do I associate with those that do. Hence, I quit responding to him a while back & will do likewise with anyone who proves him or herself to be of the same ilk. I will, however, take great pleasure in pointing out his pathological lies and horrendous stock predictions - as I'm sure he won't. BTW, ask him about his TXB shorts that he bragged about - that makes two biotech pick he's underwater on.
