Rob, No matter how you figure out the potential earning for IDTI based on selling 2.5 to 4.0 million chips bu next year, this is going to transform IDTI to a much bigger and solid company. At the current price of $13, IDTI is extremely under value, and may be very attractive aquisition for a company with large cash on hand. IDTI is ready now for delivering its waited explosive growth but the price of the stock has not yet reflected its accomplishment. I believe that in the coming few month the stock performance will improve substantially. It reminds me with SERA, the stock was trading near IDTI level of $9-$12 range last May, SERA was refocusing its bus. on the telecommunication chips than the stock in few months zoomed to $34 by last September and now SERA is trading around $45.

But, at some point during 1999, they appear to have a decent shot at producing the C6/C6+ at a RATE of 4,000,000 units/year, don't you think? If that happens and they continue to tweak performance, I still think the optimistic scenario is a major possibility. Too, what about the year 2000 prospects do you suppose? IDTI has become a crusade with me. I shall not sell it before its time. Don
