In about 3 mo's we will see the release. Hope it's a success. Does any one have any comments re the gov't trying to block the release of Microsoft '98 and it's impact on IOM? I think if this does happen it will affect the boxmakers and in turn ??? affect IOM. SR

Vapor! is about as "cutting edge" as a steam engine. If Vapor! is "cutting edge," then Ioptic's OROM (http://www.ioptics.com) is a samurai sword.

And Vapor!'s 40 MB is just pathetic. The truth is, the mini-hard disc has been tried before without success. Too many problems with reliability, ruggedness, and power drain. Is it any wonder that to this day, NO OEM's have given Iomega $$$ and bought it? Hell, I can "endorse" a fur-lined sink. But that doesn't man I'm gonna buy one.
