Hi Victor,
I have not got the time right now to answer questions as fully
as I would like, but can give you a few fast answers that are of
that will help you some.
EPEA is a non military corporation with the goal to be able to
provide quick, reliable launching of satellites into obit at a
lower cost than any other launch company in the world.
Their only military direct connection is they have exclusive
rights to using the USAF Peacekeeper Rocket as their launch
vehicle. Also to your question to if they have ever done a launch,
the answer is yes,in Nov. 1988 they launched a small sub-orbital
rocket from Cape Canaveral that was successful for determining the launch requirements for the Dept. of Transportation and DOD for the
Eastern Test Range. Just at that time was when former USSR and the
USA made the agreement for no more launching of ICBM'S, which is
just getting fully resolved,as the Peacekeeper fell into that
agreement. Hope this helps some. EPEA Believer * Richard

To Victor and All,
This is one of 1997 press releases that I know most in EPEA have read
already, but to those who have not,the story can be found at,"http:
//www.calspace.com/eprime.htm" ,as to those who have not read it,it
will give a little more insight about EPEA. On EPEA,I have around 40 pages of material from the 4 different configurations of their 4
different rocket setups,to personal and direct comparisons of their
launch ways and cost verses other companies and countries .
