In light of the fact that there has been no official announcement from IFMX as to when Q1 earnings will be released, does the following make sense.

1. The estimate is for a -0.04 but the consensus on this thread is at least a break even or better.
2. IFMX is under the new accounting rules but there is surely a bit of flexibility as to how the revenues can be spread over the various quarters. By waiting one month and beyond (Q4 was announced 2/11)
they gain valuable insight insight into the rest of the year. Q1 I belive, is always the lowest quarter. IFMX is still trying to climb out of a very large hole. This year needs to be an extremely orchestrated one.
3. Do outside auditors, because of the lawsuits, need to audit the books before the announcement is made?

The after hours quote is definitely an abberation.
I notice a few other companies with abnormally
different prices from the close.
