I talked to Alyssa on Friday said something would be coming out Monday. I too am looking forward to positive news, hopefully a final deal closing of ECS and perhaps a business plan of how they are going to double outlets and open in new cities and projected revenues. Let's hope Pat

Can anyone enlighten me as to the role of the MM's here. What could they do with GLOBAL good or bad, what exactly is their role. I never quite understood the NASDAQ exchange. I understand better a computerized exchange like Vancouver where buys and sells are entered into the computer by the broker or internet trader, the computer then determines at what price the buy/sell takes place at. On the Nasdaq the MM decides what gets bought and sold and at what price. How can this be legal? Given we get the ECS announcement on Monday, any predictions on what the MM's will allow the stock to go to? It almost leads one to think you could pay a MM to support the stock at a higher or lower level. Are there any safeguards against this? I would appreciate any comments. Pat
