My thoughts on VVUS, I know you go based on TA, I only look at TA for support points, Hence my various buys, including buying at 12 1/4 yesterday morning and at the close. VVUS most likely will get another upgrade in the next 2 weeks from pain web, FDA approval of the new plant in a month or 2. J&J buyout (the rumor which has been around since the stock was at 40) for around $25-30 and they might be even more intrested now seeing how one of their competition is getting all the free publicity, heck they prob spend more money on those baby butt commercials than what vivus costs. Based on those my exit points are if 12 breaks wait for 9-10 to rebuy, watch for 15 at which point sell 1/2 to lock in profits and then due to reduced cost bais for the other half, let it go till it either hits 10 or 25+ which is very likely in a few different ways (more markets, buyouts, sitting on pfe's coat tails etc, clinton getting neutered and now uses muse). Also unlike JBIL, I would not short this stock at any price unless I am fully hedged.. But I am worried about QDEK, I cant belive they took the price down about 50% in 20 mins! That is pure manipulation any way you look at it! If the price had gone UP first I can under stand someone dumping and dropping the price but the morning order imbalance should never ever have gone that high! never seen ANY stock drop 50% like that on such low volume relatively speaking.
