thanks for the trading strategy and the answer. Will try to make up a scan when i get off work(write this at work, it's a quiet day). Reminds me a little bit about what i read about deMark's stuff. Could you post the book title once again...

You wrote "1. Today the market must make a 10 period low"...which i think can also read "a stock" i suppose. But what do you mean with 10 period low? I tried to write a scan but under this condition you also find stocks that are in a a trading range and break underneath. Or do you mean a stock that is going down 10 days in a row (which seems unlikely too)?
