And don't forget IF CSHK can finalize an agreement to the rights
of all future Merced products that it likes... this too will generate
some strong revenues... in other words, CSHK would have first
rights over all Merced products.. if CSHK likes them than they acquire
the product from Merced.. if not, then Merced has the right to give
it to someone else.

This is one of the things that I'm hoping we'll see happen in the
near future.
