Any stock Mike, not just those less than $5, but what I really enjoy about my investment in American Biomed is that I have had the great fortune to not only discuss the future of American BioMed with it's CEO but also potentially impact it as well.

Many people have complained that a BB stock like ABMI is hard to read for numerous reasons. Well I suppose that's true but do you think the CEO of IBM would take the time to talk to one of us?

I don't and I certainly am not recommending everyone call Steve Rash. Still it seems like when someone does call he makes the time to talk to that someone. Believe me when I tell you he is well aware of investors concerns for the future of the company.

I can safely say that is true simply because I know I personally have covered all the concerns I have read expressed here and at the Yahoo thread and more with him myself. Anyway the point I'm trying to make is that I really believe that Steve and American BioMed are working hard to make the future a bright one for ABMI shareholders.

On weeks like this where the stock drifts lower and no news is released it's easy to believe that the future might not be anything but black. Then we have someone post something like this post:

Well people you pay your money to buy stocks based on your perception of where a company's future lies. I like the idea that maybe, just maybe when you have a positive upbeat conversation with the CEO of any company about that company's future that the reasons for his positive outlook will soon be reflected in that stocks price.

So I guess what I am trying to say is I can learn more by talking to a man than reading a balance sheet. I also feel that I can expect a greater return from a stock selling for less than $5 than I can a mid or large cap company. But in truth for most investors you have to realize there is greater risk along with the potential for greater reward.

I just received several e-mails about ABMI. Two were positive and two were negative. Some people have a difficult time seeing past what I hope will be a short term loss to a day where a real gain may be realized.

To all ABMI investors or investors in any stock. Do your due diligence and buy stocks not when they are running higher but rather when it looks dark.

It's real easy for a stock to reach an oversold condition when there has been no news even if the period of time between news releases is as short as two weeks.

Why investors always seem to buy their shares into the hype and hoopla that surrounds a great press release is beyond me. What's worse is when they sell out of despair, fear, or even panic when a stock drifts down a few weeks.

I know some of you investors are here because of a Tokyo Mex recommendation and feel like you been left holding a bad stock. Please give it some time. I really feel like you have every reason to believe you can get out with a nice profit in the not too distant future.

Regards, Jeff
