Charger,

Great post, you're familiar with this process as the same happened not too long ago with our AVBC...when a stock is in the midst of a 10bag run, the daytraders and momentum traders will all jump in for a quick double or triple out...the stock will be extremely volatile as it is now and within a couple weeks will have formed a solid, much higher base than the previous.

Eg. AVBC accumulaters in between .05 and .065 then it took off, hit .64 then down to .20 on the shake and eventually settled at it's new base which is in the low .30's...

Now GNNX accumlaters are in between .28 and .40 then it took off, hit $4, then down to $1.75 on the shake and we are awaiting to see wherre the new base will settle.

No one knows where the new base will form but we will know eventually...then the accumulating can begin once again at the new base and the process starts all over again. Lots of people try to estimate where the new base will be and either sell in the hope of the new base being lower or buy in the hope of the new base being higher...only the shadow knows.

Contracts have been flowing at a very rapid pace and in the past 2 weeks we have seen GNNX's revenue and profit potential shoot through the roof...I am still hearing much more to still be released in the next few months.

< It is us that give the #%*^%@)&$#* MM's their opportunity. I have watched the struggles. When the shareholders are strong holders, the MM's HAVE to give in!>

Well said Charger.

I have been begging people to hold on for the last week with not much luck. On Wednesday when we got the announcement people held nicely all the way to $4 on Thursday then they caved. That is exactly what happened too. No one was selling. Then as it started to drop the whole world decided it was time to sell all the way to 1.75 on Friday. Then some common sense came into the picture and people said "duh, this is undervalued at 1.75."

GNNX is going to be well into the $5 range next week and will finally establish some reasonable support in the $4 range by week end. Of course I don't have a crystal ball, or rather my crystal ball is being repaired now and I will let you all know when I get it back.

You know, I keep hearing "MM" this and "MM" that, but we ourselves help them out by selling off, you know. This is a small float. Imagine...if no one had sold a spec (I know, too tempting, too scarey) we would have held at $3.50+ and already been moving up from there. But, neverfear, the immediate profit-takers, daytraders, short-termers, etc. will get out.

Charger, I agree with your philosphy. If I knew every shareholder in GNNX and we banded together to never sell a share this would be logical. But we don't, and every stock has its short term players... so it only makes sense to "play the MM game". Why should they be the only ones to profit?

As for yesterday i was lucky I was on the phone system when it happened or else it would of of passed me by. On the bright side I added 600 shares into "strong hands" from the maneauver and then added 1000 shares at the end of the day as well.

Secondly, it doesnt take many sells to move a small float stock. I saw DGIV taken down over $1.00 once on 3 trades. Yes.. 3 trades. This exchange is ridiculous. On this exchange the MM's do not connect buyers and sellers all the time, they simply move the bid/ask to where they can get action in many cases.

So while I agree--that is not how the market in any stock works, so I think its ok to play along with the game. The risk you run is you get locked out on a quick run up.
