Only been interested in this area for little over year. My kids all grown up but have 3 grandchildren. I've heard of Sega and Nintendo. Took this next article from Material change report at Sedar site. Think it is already posted but considering latest news feel it is worth second read. During the quarter, the company concluded its restructuring, refocused its software titles acquisition strategy on the high-growth entertainment and "edutainment" segment, and continued to expand its channels of distribution. Through its Alpha Software subsidiary, SoftQuad launched three new products into these channels at the end of the quarter. In addition, during the quarter Alpha Software filed an arbitration proceeding for breach of contract against Kurzweil Inc., a division of Lernout & Hauspie, over rights to market a forthcoming line of their continuous speech products. The company also announced additional components to its HoTMetaL PRO 4.0 family of products, which include HoTMetaL PowerPack and the HoTMetaL Application Server. Softquad appears to be doing everything I was reading that small companies needed to do to survive the giants like Microsoft. Knowing what I know now I probably wouldn,t own shares but I definitely would be watching to jump on board when earnings become positive. Even though I have made no money, Softquad is not boring. Esecurities isn't it around August that we should hear something in regards to the Lernout & Hauspie Suit? I didn't file that anywhere. Do you remember?
