jhild, there is one thing that really irritates me about discussion like this on SI. It's people like you who are too cowardly to put their own profile on SI but have no problem trying to use someone else's profile against them in a discussion. As far as I'm concerned that says allot about who you are. I have never once posted that since I am in the military I somehow have a corner on patriotism. To say something like that, tells me allot about who you really are deep down. Playing the martyr about my opinions doesn't jive. If you didn't want to hear it you shouldn't have illicited it. How do you know what Newt Gingrich said to his wife in the hospital room, or for that matter what their relationship was like. Talk about convicting someone without a trial?? Somehow I just know you are not so quick to judge liberals. I'm also not surprised you would defend someone who protests against their own country on foreign soil, while American boys are dying in battle. Did you also spit on the GI's when they returned? And do you consider that patriotic as well?? Michael
