Hey devil:

You did get in at $5....so if you're truly that worried..get out and let those that believe in this stock make the $.

<<Where do you get the idea of no new investors? I just got in this last week at $5 and will add more next week. This stock is still not real well known outside of SI. Even my broker hasn't heard of it. If there have been no new investors then why is the stock still going up? I do not know how you came to that conclusion but you are wrong. Anybody over here into Ascend? I have madee a killing playing options on it. The company is in the begining of a major turnaround and is announcing new contracts quite often.GO ASDN DGIV!>>

We have one negative day and now you're trashing this stock..pleaseeee.

People, go read his posts and you'll see what type of person Devil is. God i hate negative people.

Brooke (pissed and leaving for dinner with the girls =( )

I have 1 question? If so "wildly overvalued" why did you BUY and why are you Now supposed to be our savior?

I am not a PR for anyone, I am listed in the phone directory and you can find me in the American Board of Family Practice, Board Certified
Physicians Directory.

Where can you be found? I am who I say I am, what is your real name and what do you do for a living?

See how that works?

Get a CLUE!

Actulally I wondered when the real devils(naysayers-shorts) would show up? You say you bought 1000 shares? wow that's a passel of mula, are you sure you wanna chance it?

After-all ASND is a much safer play.

Do you have a plan? have you called the company or did you just buy blindly?

Why did you buy if in fact you see this as such a bad deal?

You are contradicting yourself... I would prefer someone came out with their true intentions rather than contradict themselves in the same paragraph....

Not a flame just curious which side of the fence you are really on and why you really bought at 5 and 7.50, as you say?

and you want the stock to go to $3.00? or $8.00 and you may buy?

Really there is No logic in what you say but, the first amendment is King.

Byron

I thought I was the King of the Idiots but you gotta be the pretender to my throne. You buy at 5 dollars a share into a company that you say is overvalued and run by a scam artist and then you buy again into the same company at 7.50? I can't wait to see what you are going to do when the price goes to 10. You hold onto a thousand shares during the day when the price falls ten percent and then complain about it being overvalued? THE KING IS DEAD...LONG LIVE THE KING

comparator or idid(nasdaq symbol) was all based on having the rights to a fictitious product, one time hit, one time deal, i know because i lost 10k on the thing.

we are not talking a one time product here with limited applications, make or break. we are talking about something that has global, multi-dimensional, wide usage, service, not a product. if jimmy chin were a scam artist, since dgiv reports to the sec, he would be sniffed out in a heartbeat. how long did it take the sec to shut down idid, les than 36 hours. dgiv has been going strong for many weeks. all the press releases and contract announcements are scrutinized heavily by the sec, let alone governing bodies. nonetheless, you are correct, pessimism is needed to make people rethink why they are in a stock. i believe you should get your pennies together though, getting in above 8 is just around the corner.

>>I have heard that some people on this thread are public relation specialists just hyping this stock.. People that stick out are the byron and rocketman guys.<<

Rats!! Foiled again!! They found us out!! Byron, I told you to use fancy medical thingies every now and then so they would not find us out! And I tried to use the right rocket stuff... looked in all them fancy books with picturs (can't read them long words or spel too good). So I guess I will give up the sham of being a space guy and slither down to our PR firm. Oh how will I ever live this down?

-----------------

P.S. "Devil Ray," I don't have time to waste defending myself, so I will settle this financially. Here is a chance for you to make good fast respectable money, without having to slime or insult people's intelligence or character.

I will place a small private wager with you, on the side, for $50,000. I will send $50,000 to an escrow account, controlled and arbitrated by an appropriate legal and financial firm of our joint choosing. You also send $50,000.

If I work now, or have ever worked, been employed, or been associated officially or unoficially with a PR firm whether for DGIV or any other stock, you get a cool $50,000 to use as you wish. You can even buy DGIV with it, except it might be too overvalued for you, so you might prefer to increase your YAHOO <rolling my eyes>.

In fact, if my position with DGIV is anything other than an ordinary investor, you get $50,000 free and clear.

On the other hand, if I really am a space systems analyst, having worked on rockets and satellites for many years (hence, my "rocketman" moniker), with a PhD from CSU; if I am in no way a PR specialist, and if I am just an ordinary DGIV investor with no PR connections, officially or unofficially, etc, I get your $50,000.

And I will even tell you my intent with your money. I will donate it to cancer research.

Deal?

If you are unwilling to accept this deal, I do not expect you to ever accuse me of being a "PR specialist" hyping this or any other stock again.

ARE YOU TELLING US THAT YOU BOUGHT A STOCK WITHOUT GIVING IT YOUR DUE DILIGENCE??.
I am incredulous that anybody would do that and I feel sorry for you!
Let me tell you something I bought 100 K back in March after I did my DD. Still have all the shares and the 1200%. Sell your stock and I will buy it from you. IF you lose your money then it is only your fault. Go play with T-Bonds instead.

Why hasn't Devil Ray come back to defend himself? I have a feeling we won't see his tired _ss back here again; and, if we do, it should provide for some more weekend entertainment!!

Good Night Everyone.

TO ALL: Read Reply #7357. You see a perfect example of a bail jumper. This guy is in it for a short term gain. Goes up a buck or two, he'll bail out. No question. These are the people, unfortunately because we can't stop them from buying or selling, that hurt us more than help us. We need solid, committed DGIV investors. He's right to be skeptical. But, again unfortunately, he bought in to something he knows absolutely nothing about. Because of his ignorance, he compares DGIV to other penny stocks and calls Byron and Rocketman slick PR people. He bought in because he wants to make a quick hit. Like a lot of others. He doesn't want to be left out on the run up but he's a weakling that will bail! LEARN FROM HIM!
