Scott, MDIX has other things going for it, worth a lot of money, as rt has been saying. But if we are right about the strength of their case, it will be worth good money to MDIX one way or another. As someone with some experience with law suits, and with evaluating whether to file or not, I thought ADRX's response was remarkably weak legally. Any time I've talked about slander or libel to a lawyer the lawyers have been disparaging. It's necessary to prove financial damage and it's very hard to prove libel and slander. From the time that MDIX warned ADRX about the suit to the time ADRX filed their claim there wasn't even time for damage to occur. Furthermore, filing a claim, with any possible merit, as MDIX did, would have to exempt them from charges of libel or slander. After all, if that's all it takes (warning of an impending law suit and then filing one) to constitute a libel or slander case, then all law suits would make the plaintiff vulnerable to such charges. When I saw that was all ADRX could come up with, I felt very confident in the strength of MDIX's case.

Sounds like you believe that a contract to be announced this week is the ADRX/MDIX deal.
