Peter, I hope the Mr. H you are referring to is not I. What pains me, is that there are still zealots refusing to learn the language of the numbers. IPMCF has a burn rate, and at some point t (BRxt=cash on hand), the money spent will exceed their cash on hand. The recent delisting essentially closes the door to "traditional financing" and what is left is Reg S type financing, or floorless debentures, or another financial instrument devised to pull out money from the unsuspecting public into a black hole, followed by massive dilution an reverse splits in the near future (a year or so), or alternatively, CH 11.
