Serguey,

Perhaps I used the wrong words. I had an order to sell QDEK last Thursday when it traded nearly 30 million shares (i think) with an average volume of 400,000. So, as you might guess it was a little crazy that day. I do not know the exact time, but it was near the open for the day. I didn't check it until about 11:00 AM.

At any rate, my limit order was filled $0.30 above my specified price. My point being that this has never happened to me at Datek. While trading at Datek, I had the bid on a stock move higher than my price on a limit order to sell and I still did not get a fill of any kind.

Datek's response? "Sorry, we don't guarantee you a fill." Datek cost me money because their systems were preoccupied with trading against me rather than trading for me. If they can't make money by selling to you, 9 times out of 10 you will not get a fill.

Just my experience,

Mike
