I would think that in order for adverse interest to mine the property KRY would have to be stripped of its title.

It's a thorny question that many people who are "short" have not addressed too closely.

Corruption may be corruption but it has to operate by a semblance of propriety.

The resolutions that KRY is seeking to have courts force the Ministry of Mines reverse are older than the granting of the title to Mael.

It would seem open and shut.

We could have KRY build all us shareholders a nice resort. Truck in a whole bunch of sand, inground pool with waterslides, picnic tables, umbrellas.
