Mr. al-len,

Not sure but I think Tonto brought this meeting up after it became known that an RMIL shareholder, with his CPA, paid an unannounced visit to RMIL. The results of that visit seemed to be positive for RMIL shareholders hence the meeting being brought up by Tonto.

At least this was the first time I've heard of the Mork meeting.
