Found a DIST thread on Yahoo! here is one pertinent post------ Next -> Message 19 of 23 Reply Earning release needfacts Apr 20 1998 11:53AM EDT I talked with the investor relations at DIST. It will release its first quarter earning in late April or early May. I was told that it will probably earn about 80 cents per share for this year. The wholesale distributors usually are traded at P/Es of 15-20 or more. It still has much upside potential, I believe. Just waite patiently. Any criticism or different opinion? Thanks.

Sergio and Jim; Some time ago I had mentioned being involved in a KLEC private placement and one of you had asked me if it was RCN Cable. I have not done any DD on them but would like your in-put( both of you ) as they have recently taken over my local cable company and I'm truely impressed. If they can accomplish have of what they say they can this will be a communications force in the not to distant future. What do you guys think? Grammy
