Hi grayhairs, Your comments have restored my faith in humanity.Some postings suggesting a Sable Island sized gas field could be determined from 1 drill hole had me searching diligently in my trusted Exploration Handbook to verify.Not having a background in Oil Exploration and not being aware of all the latest technologies available it was not up to me to set the record straight.I am looking forward to Scotsmans reply to Ed Pakstas. Can the companies involved at Strachan choose not to release more information on this well for 1 year?Can they essentially case this well to depth,test it,run lines to Strachan gas plant and not release any information at all? By the way your numbers suggesting 50 bcf proven and 150 bcf unproven.Am I correct to assume unproven reserves need to be proven with additional drilling? Thanks, Grayhairs, Nice to see some normal posting and not hype ( I am not implying I seen hype here) I witnessed hope and wishful thinkimg here but not a whole lot of hype. I see hype a lot all over the place.

Grayhairs... Thank you very much... Because of your obvious knowledge of the Swan Hill plays you opinions place an enormous value to me... I have printed your response to my questions and I will approach, no, more than likely confront my source of information... The type of crap that was thrown at me by a so called reliable source caused a reaction in me and in turn a few others, that will more than likely cause me and others some financial loss... I can take of myself, but when others react to some information that I have relayed and they in turn suffer loss, that really irks me to no avail... To those that got into this play because of my excitement, I sincerely apologize to you all... Rest assured, that from this date on I will contain any and all rumours/excitement to myself... ...ed
