Correct me if I am wrong: Bill Hamlin was Director of Software Development for Franklin Datacom in the '86-'90 timeframe. (Datacom was a subsidiary of Franklin Telecom.) And clearly a more recent affiliation as well in order to have options of FNET. Obviously not your average employee on the line, who doesn't have an 'employment agreement'.

Hope someone takes you up on it Bill!

RB gave a sell, earlier, not too long ago, on FTEL. He is really a hero; well, he could have been if he didn't, apparently, back out of his previous sell recommendation.

RB also thought CD is like an OTC stock ! He followed me to the CD thread to post news about class action lawsuits that will probably have little effect on CD in the long-term based on what is known today.

Since RB joined me on the CD thread, FTEL is way down and CD is up about .75 cents to $ 22.00. I expect CD to reach $ 30 plus before the end of the year. We'll see how I do. The last time a prominent FTEL poster followed me to a thread I post on, that stock doubled in a short time (SKYC). I hope that charm continues.

Again, CD is one of the most compelling large cap buys I've ever seen. Much of the info commonly reported about CD is generally misleading. CD is a great company and the CEO has a lot of shares via options (over 40 million of them).

FTEL down to about $ 2.62a (I said this was like RACE, didn't I?)
CD up to about $ 22.00a

IF FTEL does not produce revenues soon, it will join my tracking of other blunder stocks like MTCI, HOPR, QZARF, RACE, etc., etc. Some of those hypers (or uninformed) on other threads treated me similar to this thread, though not quite as rude. Of course, the study on FTEL is not completed, yet. I'll be waiting until at least June 30, 1998, to close it.

Maybe RB can explain what a floor is on a convertible offering and how that might relate to what is going on now and what that might mean regarding additional stock dilution in the near future . . .

and how that might put further selling pressure on a stock as shares are converted and then dumped on the open market.

For hints, read my FTEL Stock Library and go to one of my links named "notes". You could figure it out if RB doesn't help you.
