What a great thread! Just stumbled upon it a couple of days ago and am now hooked. Not a sitter. Some of this give LOL true meaning as that is exactly what I am doing. Also appreciate some of the more serious discussions and debate.

Janice, I suspect most Congressmen and Senators probably pee standing up. Since a majority of men seem to do it this way, and with politics being about impressing others, compromising, and going with the flow (sorry, I couldn't resist), I would suspect that there is a lot of rote, mindless conformity.

One thing that does intrigue me is whether conservatives and liberals might be in different camps about peeing behavior. Perhaps as other men weigh in with their preferences, a brief statement of their political ideology might be helpful in doing the research.

Clinton and Gingrich are soul mates in several ways, and I detect some genuine affection between them. So it does not surprise me that their family dynamics might be similar.
