According to strict regulations from the SEC, we are not allowed to "disseminate" information concerning this offering in the US, other than to "qualified" investors. This is the same thing which, for example, has kept us from posting the notice on our Web site and why, during such an issue in the past, we have not been allowed to attend investor conventions such as in San Francisco. By discussing it here, I could be accused of flaunting this rule. We are doing an equity issue -- unlike the convertible debenture we killed a couple of months ago -- to raise money to push our explorations forward. The focus remains on Santa Cruz. I look forward to discussing it in greater detail with the (planned) completion in a few weeks.
