Nextel is not going to lead the charge at first, but individuals who want DC to be more open and flexible for their own cross-company business needs should begin leading this parade. Its going on as we speak, but nobody has put an outline to it. I intend to do this but you need to inquire in person at this point - perhaps sign some non-disclosures - to get behind my plan. People think I'm crazy when I point out the advantages of DC, but they quickly change their tune when they start using it.
