RE: depending what the FED meeting brings i.e. steady interest rates, higher interest rates etc.

With the nervous market, and the economy showing signs of a slow down (if recession), and little visible evidence of inflation, I'd can't imagine the FED raising rates. Who knows, maybe they will lower them just a little in hopes of another "soft landing".
