You made unfounded suggestions. I corrected them for you. What part of my answer was incorrect?

Karma's in therapy now, and she's getting along with people much better. It's really made a world of difference!

Now. Let's return to Merced. Merced is, I gather, a software development company? Based in West Palm Beach, Florida? They wrote the Y2K software, right? When this came to the attention of CSHK, CSHK immediately formed a subsidiary, 11th Hour (EHI), which negotiated for the rights to Merced's software. My understanding is that the deal hasn't yet been finalized.

Why was the creation of 11th Hour necessary?

Don't suggest I call Merced; they appear to be quite untraceable. And as we all know, 11th Hour's website yields no useful information of any kind.
