i concur that msft will be weak.. how weak?

im not sure.. msft broke 9 day ema (judy said it broke 13 day ema as well)..

i have 21 day ema at 90.xxx

and then 50 day ema at 85.xxx

im currently in msft at a slight loss. i might exit.. weekly chart looks toppy. i made a bad mistake for entering.. however, my dad also said that we might keep it for long term..

will reasses after monday's action..

21 day ema has held msft for the last 4-5 months.
21 day ema is cruicial. but with a weekly sell, 21 day ema can easily break and we see 50 day ema.

for my system, i had a sell signal on weekly chart since aug 1997 to jan 1998.. my question for long term people (including to my dad) was/is: are you willing to have your money "stuck" for that long?

hope it helps.. i got your email too.

MSFT patterns:

wiley.. how's it going..

bring up a msft chart.. note this pattern:

from a long basing period, we have 3 bumps and then climax.
follow me:

css scan hit on 4/18/97
1st bump: 5/5/97
2nd bump 5/29/97
3rd bump: 6/19/97
climax: 7/18/97 (my weekly sell occurs around here)
for the next 6 months -- pure consolidation.

ok.. now we talk about the current rally.

css scan hit on 1/2/98
1st bump: 2/10/98
2nd bump 3/2/98
3rd bump: 4/1/98
climax: 4/23/98 (my weekly sell is close to sell)

are we heading for another period of long consolidation??????

any thoughts?
