The warrant is not exactly tethered to the common. There will generally be some variation. However, as the common rises the warrant will rise with it, more or less on a dollar for dollar basis. But the warrant may lose some of its time value premium as it rises.

I find your post confusing since at 10:53 IFLYW is 1 7/8 1 15/16 1 15/16 +5/16 up about 19%. Up 19% when the NASDAQ is way down is great!!!
